The Wisconsin high school football regular season has officially come to an end, and for teams that made the playoffs, all the focus will be on getting to Camp Randall Stadium for the state championship game. In Southwest Wisconsin, four teams ranked in the MaxPreps Wisconsin top 25 finished out the regular season and have been scheduled for their first round playoff matchups. This includes 3rd ranked Waunakee, 12th ranked Verona, 17th ranked Lodi, and 22nd ranked Middleton.
All four teams won their final regular season games easily. Waunakee beat Beaver Dam 53-0, Verona beat Madison West 37-12, Lodi beat Lake Mills 48-0, and Middleton beat Madison East 49-6. Playoff matchups for the four schools, as well as other games around the region are below. Rankings reflect state playoff seeding, and the higher seeded team is the home team.
